Join our devoted Council Professional staff for this special evening to celebrate the many outstanding volunteer achievements of our Silver Beaver honorees and other special award recipients during this past year at the annual SFBAC Volunteer Recognition Banquet

Place your reservations for this catered dinner buffet and evening program with your Scouting friends and associates by Thursday, January 25th for the discounted price of $45 per person, or $55 full price if registered afterward.  All attendees will receive a complimentary limited-edition version of our latest SFBAC shoulder patch design from the "Bridging the Bay" series, which also will be available for purchase during the dinner.

Due to our catering arrangements, NO reservations will be accepted after January 31st, or when this event is filled to room capacity of 240 attendees.  We are sorry that we cannot take walk-ins or those wishing to view just the award program after dinner.

Location:  Zero Net Energy Center, 14600 Catalina Street, San Leandro, CA  94577

Check-in opens at 5:30pm.

Opening Flag ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm.

Dinner Buffet will be served immediately following.

Cancellation Policy
SFBAC Refund Policy Effective September 4, 2012 A great deal of advance planning and advance purchasing takes place for all programs and events of the San Francisco Bay Area Council during the months and weeks prior to an event, (facility rentals, supplies, staff hiring, food contracting, and program material acquisition.) 1. Refunds requested two weeks (14 days) prior to an event/camp may receive up to an 80% refund. One week prior (7 days) to your event/camp receive a 60% refund. No refunds will be given if requested within seven (7) days of the event/camp. (except illness) No requests accepted after September 1st. 2. Refunds will be considered based on the following criteria: serious illness or injury (a doctors certification required) or death in immediate family. Refunds are not given for no-shows, conflict of schedule (such as sports events, out of country trips), weather conditions, or behavior issues occurring before or during the event/camp.
