REGISTRATION FOR EAGLE CAMP 2017 IS NOW OPEN!

Eagle Requirement Camp is a special week of Scout camp focusing on advancement in most of the required badges for Eagle rank.  Scouts who, prior to camp, have completed all the prerequisites for merit badges such as Personal Management, Family Life, etc., can earn several badges during the week.

LOCATION:   Camp Royaneh, Cazadero CA

DATES:   June 18-24, 2017

COST:   $405

The focus of this camp program is advancement, however numerous opportunities exist for free-time fun and enjoyment such as archery, shooting sports, field sports, swimming and more!  The staff will include veteran Scouters with extensive experience as merit badge counselors in these subject areas.

Session is limited to 20 participants. Acceptance to the camp will be on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to older Scouts; a waiting list will be taken.

A mandatory orientation meeting on Saturday, May 6  at 10 am will be held at the YLTC, 1001 Davis Street, San Leandro.  At this meeting, participants will get the chance to meet the Staff/Merit badge Counselors and receive important information regarding their week at camp.

All Boy Scouts, regardless of rank or progress in rank, must now use the current requirements (that came out a year ago on January 1, 2016). Boy Scouts had the previous year to finish up whatever rank they were working on, and all Boy Scouts now get to use the current requirements (they could have used them earlier if desired, but all must now use the current requirements). The Boy Scout rank requirements have been updated with the current requirements.

Prerequisites (Completed 8th grade/age 14 and Star/Life)
