Father - Daughter Weekend (for all Cub Scout girls)

Join the adventure among the tall redwoods at historic Camp Royaneh as we build outdoor skills, new friendships and enjoy the fun of camp activities.  Patterned after our very successful Mom & Son wknd programs, Dads and Daughters share "one-on-one" time during a schedule filled with Archery, BB guns, Crafts, Nature, scavenger hunt and games.

No need to cook Dad, you will enjoy great hot meals in the camp dining hall!  We can accommodate vegetarian & gluten-free needs, but those with unusual food allergies or other dietary restrictions will need to provide their own food.  Please specify when you register; refrigeration and dry food storage will be available.  Call or e-mail our Camping Dept. with any further questions - contact info at bottom of this page.

Our sleeping accommodations:
• We have campsites that will allow Dads and Daughters to share the same Scout canvas tent on a wood platform, or you can bring your own family camping tent.

 

Pack your Bags:
You will need warm comfortable clothing (October in the Coastal Redwoods can be chilly), so bring a jacket and hat.  Scout uniforms are always welcome, and don't forget sleeping bags, sleeping pads, a towel, toiletries, flashlight, and parts A & B of the BSA medical form.

If you cannot arrive at camp before 9:30pm on Friday night, please plan to arrive Saturday morning by 7:30am.

Last day to register for this exciting new event is midnight on Sunday, October 13th, 2019.  Don't delay!

Cancellation Policy
FOR ALL CAMPS AND EVENTS Effective September 4, 2014 1. Refunds requested two weeks (14 days) prior to an event/camp may receive up to an 80% refund. One week prior (7 days) to your event/camp receive a 60% refund. Within seven (7) days of the event/camp there will be no refund. Any refund will be based on the following criteria: 2. Types of refunds considered: serious illness or injury (a doctors certification required) or death in immediate family. Refunds are not given for no-shows, conflict of schedule (such as sports events, out of country trips), weather conditions, or behavior issues occurring before or during the event/camp. No requests accepted after September 1st. 3. Refunds will be returned to the person(s) or entity from which the funds were received. Refund requests should be sent to: San Francisco Bay Area Council, 1001 Davis Street, San Leandro CA 94577. Please include: participants name, unit, number, district, address, contact phone number, name of event and date or session of event.
