Youth Training - Brownsea

Brownsea-NYLT is a once-in-a-lifetime, week-long leadership training program for scouts interested in becoming leaders. It teaches them:

• how leaders get things done
• the principles of good leadership and communications
• to be more confident in their capabilities
• how to excel as a Patrol Leader or Senior Patrol Leader
• skills they can use in Scouts, school, church, a job, and throughout their lives.
